PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video signal processing circuit which can cope with all of a PAL system, an NTSC system and an SECAM system and does not require a high-order digital filter.;SOLUTION: The video signal processing circuit is provided with a bell table (1) inputting a color difference signal and outputting a modulation signal having amplitude regulated by the SECAM system to the color difference signal, the first switch (2) for selecting and outputting one of the color difference signal and the modulation signal, a carrier generation part inputting the color difference signal and generating a carrier signal having a frequency regulated by the SECAM system to the color difference signal, the second switch (5) for selecting and outputting one of a carrier signal and a carrier signal having the frequency regulated by the PAL system and/or the SECAM system, and an arithmetic processing circuit (3) for calculating the outputs of the first switch (2) and the second switch (5) to output a color difference modulation signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
