PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for rationalizing communication among persons working in a project and confirmation of the communication and for managing information on the project unitarily.;SOLUTION: A residence information sharing DB 25 registers a person in charge of the project, instructions to at least one person in charge and whether or not instructions to the person in charge is needed. A control part 9 creates e-mail to urge confirmation of the instructions according to contents of registration of the residence information sharing DB 25 and sends it to the person in charge through an in-house LAN 8 of the Intranet. A transmitting/receiving part 11 receives a result of confirmation from the person in charge who has received the e-mail. The residence information sharing DB 25 registers the contents of received confirmation associating them with the person.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
