PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residence with a room for the aged, which they can use an inner court as if it were a part of their room and to which care is paid so that they can live comfortably.;SOLUTION: The inner court G is arranged at the center of a building A, and the room O for the aged, which is provided with a wash room 25 and a toilet room 26 facing to the inner court G. An exit 27, which allows them to enter and go out from the inner court G, opens in a wall face on the side of the inner court G of the room O, and a wooden deck 28 is laid facing to the exit 27 and formed at the same height as that of the floor of the room O for the aged so that the room O for the aged and the wooden deck 28 are connected to each other without difference in level.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
