PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe bidirectional service in a rapid and usable form between a user who is an accounting target and a user to whom a content service is donated.;SOLUTION: This carrier server 4 is used in this content domination system including the carrier server 4 for receiving a request from a cellular phone 1 through a network 2, and provider servers 7, 8 for holding the content, receiving from the carrier server 4, requested content information, discrimination information of the cellular phone 1 and information related to another cellular phone 6 to which the content is dominated, transmitting the requested content to a prescribed carrier server 4 forming a network including another cellular phone 6, and publishing accounting information for content domination requested to the cellular phone to the carrier server 4.
