PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that same numbers of raw material delivery control devices as those of hoppers are required.;SOLUTION: This device is a relay hopper raw material delivery control device delivering raw material from a relay hopper to a charging belt conveyer carrying raw material to a blast furnace, and includes a facility state monitoring part monitoring a delivery state of a hopper, a delivery schedule determination part determining a material delivery schedule of each hopper, and a delivery sequence control part outputting delivery command with judging based on the delivery state from the facility state monitoring part and delivery order and timing from the raw material delivery schedule, and controls plural hoppers with single raw material delivery control device. A sequential function chart for proceeding control steps according to a condition step by step is introduced into a delivery sequence part, a step sequence device for one hopper is created, conditions for all hoppers are given under OR conditions to control all hoppers with the raw material delivery control device for one hopper.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
