PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time for which an upper hopper is made empty.;SOLUTION: In the case of the conditions where a lower hopper 230 is charged with iron ore 610, a small amount hopper 220 is charged with a small amount of coke 620 and an upper hopper 210 is charged with coke 630, respectively, the time for which the upper hopper 210 is made empty early than single charge time to the inside of a furnace of the main raw material charged to the lower hopper 230 is calculated. Namely, when the iron ore 610 charged to the lower hopper 230 is charged to the inside of the furnace, at a timing in which the surface position (height) of the charging raw material at the inside of the blast furnace body 100 is made lower than the pre-set standard position (height) to open a flow rate adjustment valve 330, a raw material transportation starting time is calculated. Then, the raw material transportation starting timing is decided based on the time obtained by reducing a belt conveyer transportation time T from a time obtained by adding a pre-raw material in-furnace charge time t1, an in-furnace charged matter dropping time t2, a small amount coke in-furnace charge time t3 and a post-raw material lower hopper in-furnace charge time t4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
