PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the amount of a raw material to be charged into a blast furnace, which controls the variation of a discharging rate from an FCG during charging; a program therefor; and an operating method therefor.;SOLUTION: The method for controlling the amount of the raw material to be charged into the blast furnace comprises: a standard-opening-calculating step of determining the standard opening of the gate for adjusting the flow rate of the raw material from a relationship between a charging rate and the opening of the gate for adjusting the flow rate of the raw material based on actual results; a target-speed-calculating step of determining a target charging rate from a weight of a remaining raw material after having finished one slewing of a distribution chute and a remaining slewing period of time; an actual-charging-rate-calculating step of determining an actual charging rate in one slewing of the distribution chute; a dynamic-correction-quantity-calculating step of determining a dynamic correction quantity on the basis of the target charging rate and the actual charging rate; an opening-command-value-calculating step of determining the opening command value for the gate for adjusting the flow rate of the raw material on the basis of the standard opening and the dynamic correction quantity; and an opening-adjusting step of adjusting the opening of the gate for adjusting the flow rate of the raw material during slewing the distribution chute on the basis of the opening command value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
