PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reduce sway of a suspending cargo of a floating crane in a short time, and facilitate application to an existing floating crane with the simple constitution.;SOLUTION: This device is provided with buoyancy adjusting devices 7 mutually arranged at an interval at least in three places in the plane direction of a hull 1 of the floating crane, hull rocking detecting devices 15 for detecting rocking of the hull 1 of the floating crane in mutually separated positions at least in three places of the hull 1, an arithmetic controller 17 or controlling buoyancy of the buoyancy adjusting devices 7 so as to extinguish the rocking of the floating crane on the basis of a hull rocking detecting value 16 of the floating crane detected by the hull rocking detecting devices 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
