PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a slurry composition having excellent strength characteristics, excellent watertightness and excellent durability, to provide a soil improver, a material for clay wall, moldings made of soil and a hardened body made of sea sand using the same.;SOLUTION: In this slurry composition a raw material is composed of an asphalt and/or a thermoplastic resin previously dissolved into a liquid state. An aqueous solution of a poval are sent to a blender consisting of a rotator and a non-rotating body. The rotator is rotated at a high speed to continuously produce an aqueous dispersion composition, which has 0.5-30 kg/m³ as a solid content, mixed and diluted with water into 9-2,000 kg/m³ in total. The diluted material is incorporated with a cement-based hardening material and/or cement in an amount of 30-1,000 kg/m³ into a slurry state. The slurry composition is mixed with soil, soil and sand or sea sand, if necessary, the mixture is molded or hardened to give the soil improver, material for clay wall, moldings made of soil and a hardened body made of sea sand.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
