MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SOLIDIFYING-MATERIAL SLURRY AND SOIL IMPROVEMENT BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manufacture a solidifier slurry as a soil-improvement material by ensuring constant quality in a site where an in-situ solidifying construction method is conducted.;SOLUTION: A slurry pit 1 is excavated within the improvement predetermined range of a soft-ground surface layer. Water 2 stored in the slurry pit 1 and recycled impalpable powder 4 in a recycled material obtained together with a recycled concrete aggregate by heating a fixed quantity of a concrete waste material charged into water at a fixed temperature and grinding it are agitated and mixed by the upward flow of fine air 3 generated by air supply pipes 10 disposed in upright to the slurry pit 1. Accordingly, the inside of the slurry pit 1 is filled with the solidifier slurry 5, in this way the slurry 5 is manufactured.
