PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the contents of bill of lading information whose issuing preparation is ready.;SOLUTION: A management server 4 acquires bill of lading data from a bill of lading database 5 when the bill of lading data is generated. Next, the server 4 acquires user information about the shipper (client) of the bill of lading from a user information database 6. The bill of lading data is transmitted in any form of e-mail, EDI data or direct printing according to a delivering method registered in the user information to notify the user being the shipper (client) of the bill of lading data. With a terminal 1, the user can confirm the generated bill of lading data, i.e., the bill of lading data whose issuing preparation is ready and bill of lading image data by the output of the e-mail, the EID data or the direct printing without inquiring a shipping company one by one each time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
