PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sketch chart for welfare caretaking capable of easily making the sketch of a dwelling after improvement.;SOLUTION: The sketch chart includes a base sheet 11, a basic pattern including a habitual room such as a Japanese style room and a western style room, a rest room, a bathroom, a washing room, an entrance, a staircase and the like stuck at proper positions on the base sheet 11, the auxiliary pattern of an opening part including opening doors and sliding doors stuck at proper positions on the base sheet 11, and a furniture and facility pattern such as a toilet stool, a bathroom, a washing stand, a sink, a chair and a table stuck at proper positions on the base sheet 11. Furthermore, it is constituted to include a caring utensil pattern 70 such as a wheelchair, the operation pattern of the wheelchair, a handrail, a walking stick and a caster walker stuck at proper positions on the base sheet 11, and a caring pattern 60 showing the standing, seating and caring state of a person to be cared stuck at proper positions on the base sheet 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
