PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hat capable of telephoning a cellular phone/PHS without continuously holding a receiver to the ear by the hand even in the time such as driving a car or working with both hands.;SOLUTION: This hat 1 installs a pocket 3 capable of containing the cellular phone/PHS 2 on a side of the hat. The cellular phone/PHS 2 is inserted in the pocket 3 from the upside after switching to usable state in the case of using the cellular phone/PHS 2.
