PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such a defect that although a unit type game machine island can play a game by a single unit, and in addition, can be manufactured at a factory, and the construction period can be shortened as a merit, however, when a bill sandwich unit is attached to the game machine island, the locations of the bill sandwich unit need to be adjusted on both sides, and the bill sandwich unit cannot be attached to a conventional unit type game machine island.;SOLUTION: In this game machine island unit comprising a main body and an attaching means on which a game machine and an inter-machine unit are loaded, the attaching means has an inter-machine unit-attaching section by which the game machine is attached. Then, the inter-machine unit-attaching section is constituted in a manner to be stretchable. Also, the game machine island unit of such a constitution is equipped with a circulation mechanism which circulates a game medium to the game machine island unit.
