PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of the deterioration and distortion of receiving sensitivity in the case of superposing and using IC cards. SOLUTION: A loop antenna 1 to be provided at an IC card is coiled four times and each of the coils has a shape consisting of a straight line part L2, a curved line part L3, a straight line part L4 and a curved line part L5. In the case of superposing two sheets of the loop antennas 1 in a shape like this in directions opposite to each other, corners are not superposed. For example, since a corner formed by the part L3 and the part L4 of the antenna 1 is superposed with the part L3 of the antenna 1 superposed in the opposite direction, the corner is not superposed as a result and superposed part is reduced as a whole.
