PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a signal excited in an antenna not communicating with an IC tag from becoming a noise source to affect an antenna and circuit communicating with the IC tag.;SOLUTION: When an IC tag reading and writing device communicates with a first IC tag, an antenna 210 is connected to a first matching circuit 230 by use of a switching part 260 in a communication part 200 corresponding to the frequency of the first IC tag.
