PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for enabling a learner to learn a method for determing a Kraepelin census at learner's own discretion and wherever necessary, and to provide a program recording medium with the program for making a computer perform the method recorded thereon.;SOLUTION: A determing practicing screen and a wave form image for practicing are displayed on a display device based on stored data. By an input device, learner's answer is inputted into each answer fill-in column of the determining practicing screen. When data for starting answer-check inputted, the main control section makes the stored correct answer data be displayed on a display device, and correct answers are displayed on the adjacent part of each answer fill-in column of the determining practicing screen of the display device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
