PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal call center providing system by which even a private firm, a small-scale enterprise or the like can provide a call center service to customers.;SOLUTION: The personal call center management server 1 of this invention manages communication connection among an MG(media gateway) 7, a CA(call agent) server 8 that applies routing decision processing to connection processing, a CTI(computer telephone integration) server 9, and call center terminals 4 of call center opening parties, and a prescribed enterprise operates the MG 7, the CA server 8 and the CTI server 9 so that the center opening parties can utilize the facilities needing a huge initial investment cost in common. Thus, the initial investment required for the center opening parties is only the call center terminal 4 and the center opening parties can provide the call center service to their customers at a very low cost.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
