PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method of a call center which quickly responds to a request signal from a user, and at the same time, is suitable for service management of operators, and a server for the call center executing the management method.;SOLUTION: The server of the call center 3 receives the request signal from the user 6 through an Internet circuit. The server for the call center 3 simultaneously transmits the received request signal to all accessible operators out of a constant number of a plurality of operators 4. The server for the call center 3 specifies an operator who answers promptly to the transmitted request signal. The server for the call center 3 gives user information and an answering and responding right to the specified operator, and makes the operator possible to respond to the user 6, and at the same time, the server for the call center records the number of response of each operator to users.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
