PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for minimizing or preventing the confinement of air in the constituent member of a composite product.;SOLUTION: The forming quality of a product can be optimized according to circumstances by measuring the pressure distribution between a manufacturing apparatus and the product formed by the manufacturing apparatus and, according to circumstances, by also measuring acting order in the application of pressure. In the embodiment shown in a drawing, a pressure sensor is arranged between a folding-back bladder and a tire apex in a tire building apparatus, and the pressure applied by this apparatus and the acting order of pressurization are observed and, since they have correlation with respect to the quality of the product, the forming quality of the product can be optimized by calibrating the force applied by the apparatus.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
