PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify the reception of an e-mail with a method designated by a receiver such as telephone calling and to transmit whether notification is responded to its sender in a key telephone system having a voice storage function capable of communicating with the Internet.;SOLUTION: A header information analyzing device 13 analyzes the destination address with respect to the reception of the e-mail, retrieves coincidence with an address that is preliminarily stored in an address storage device 15, and when the destination address coincides with the preliminarily stored address, a call destination storage device 9 accesses a designated calling destination, e.g. a telephone set 3.
