PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at improving workability by mounting an inner magnetic shield while bringing a shielding extension part along a guide plate so that the shielding extension part does not contact with an elastic support body installed at the mask frame, when the inner magnetic shield is mounted on the mask frame.;SOLUTION: The guide plate 9 is inserted into a gap between the elastic support body 7 installed at the mask frame 4 and a framework part 5 of the mask frame 4, and the inner magnetic shield is mounted on the mask frame 4 while bringing the shielding extension part 3 along the guide plate 9.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
