PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service, without having to impose an additional time, labor and load on a customer, and to surely perform charging in a service providing method by contents on a network.;SOLUTION: This service-providing method by the contents on a service providing network is provided with at least (1) a stage that an international carrier receives an access request to the contents provided in a specified content server from the customer, (2) a stage that the international carrier authenticates the customer, (3) a stage that the international carrier accesses the contents, (4) a stage that the content server distributes the contents to the international carrier, (5) a stage that the international carrier distributes the contents distributed to the international carrier to the customer and (6) a stage that the international carrier charges the customer.
