PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate the minutes of a conference in an easy way. SOLUTION: This conference managing server 11 is equipped with a minutes control part 44 which generates time information when presentation data are outputted by a projector device 15, time information when material data generated by, for example, a scanner are outputted, and conference management information regarding the conference, a data storage part 45 which stores the presentation data presented by the projector device 15 and time information on the presentation of the presentation data generated by the minutes control part 44, the material data generated by the scanner and time information on the presentation of the material data, and the conference management information, and a minutes generation part 49 which generates minutes data by arraying the conference management information, presentation data, and material data according to the time information.
