PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject method capable of suppressing weed germination and growth and of sufficiently supplying water and nutrients to the vegetation on the pavement as well.;SOLUTION: This method is characterized by comprising the following process: glass cullet-based granules 12 are mixed with 5-10 wt.%, based on the granules 12, of a resin material 14, spreading the mixture all over an aimed site to a necessary thickness followed by hardening the resin material 14, thereby covering the site with the resultant paving material 10 where the granules 12 are mutually bound via the resin material 14 and there are voids among the granules 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
