PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the medical data of a first aid patient, and to quickly and accurately perform the first aid of the patient or medical treatment at a hospital. SOLUTION: A first aid medical supporting service center 4 is connected through a communication network 5 to an individual house 1, an ambulance 2, and a hospital 3, and the medical data of a first aid patient and data related with the hospital stored in a data base are provided in response to an access from the ambulance 2 or the hospital 3 through the communication line.
