Immunosuppressive effects of administration of a cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor and a leukotriene A4 hydrolase inhibitor

Treatment with a cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor and a leukotriene A₄ hydrolase inhibitor is described as being useful in reducing recipient rejection of transplanted organs and for treatment of autoimmnune diseases.
