"Procedures for direct saccharification potato, manioc, and fermentation of amino acid.They are presented here a saccharification potato, manioc without separating and purifying the tapioca starch of the same, in which a solution with high concentration can be prepared.And a fermentation process of an amino acid to a solution thus prepared is the raw material for fermentation of amino acid.The present invention relates to a process of saccharification potato, manioc, which comprises drying of the potato raw cassava stripped to a water content of 16% or less,By spraying the potato, manioc drought due to produce fine powders having a particle size of 150 109 m or less.By adding water to the fine powders in such a quantity that is prepared in a suspension of raw starch wherein the starch content is 35% by weight or more,And subsequently subjecting the suspension to the liquefaction and saccharification enzyme with an enzyme for liquefaction and saccharification of starch enzyme where a solution of a highThe concentration can be prepared, and a fermentation process of an amino acid where a solution is prepared as a carbon source for fermentation of amino acid.
