Disclosed is an isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding gp75, which molecule comprises a sequence cDNA encoding gp75 fragment as indicated in the description; polypeptide encoded by this molecule; an expression vector containing a DNA sequence that is substantial for vector replication and being connected with this molecule adapted for expression in a host; a vaccine for stimulating or increasing immune response in a subject to which it is administered and which contains this expression vector and/or a polypeptide, and in the end an effective amount of an adjuvant as well as a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
