摘要
A mixt. of D- and L-PCT derivs. of formula is sepd. by treatment in aq. or aq-organic medium with a hydrolytically active enzyme. R1 = 1-20C alkyl, opt. substd. with halogen or 1-8C alkoxy, or is 3-8C cycloalkyl, opt. substd. with 1-4C alkyl or alkoxy and halogen, or is 3-10C alkenyl or alkynyl or benzyl; R2 = formyl, or 1-20C alkyl-carbonyl, opt. substd. in the alkyl with OH, halogen, or Ph (itself opt. substd. with up to three 1-12C alkyl or alkoxy, halogen, NO2 or CF3 gps.), or with 1-4C alkoxy or alkylthio, or is benzoyl (opt. substd. with one to three 1-12C alkyl or alkoxy, halogen, NO2 and CF3 gps.). Also claimed are cpds. of formula (II) (sic); note: the disclosure states that the cpds. of formula (II) are known or may be synthesised in known ways; cpds. of formula (I) are stated to be previously unknown. Pref. an enzyme with selective action in splitting L-amino acid amides, or a microorganism synthesising this enzyme, is used. The microorganisms are Enterobacter aerogenes, Klebsiella oxytoca, K. trevisanii, Corynebacterium aquaticum, Corynebacterium sp., Rhodococcus rubropertinctus, R. rhodochrous, and Arthrobacter sp.
