A rotary concrete mixing drum for heavy-duty operation, made with the possibility of mounting on a vehicle, is described. The drum contains the first end, which engages with the power drive of the vehicle, which rotates the specified drum for mixing the specified concrete, and the second end, from which the mixed concrete is unloaded. The drum is made of at least one layer of polymeric material; moreover, the drum has a wall having integral internal formations that promote mixing and unloading of the specified concrete, and an internal surface that promotes mixing of the concrete.
