The detergents of the present invention comprise from 0.005 to 1.0% by weight of fluticasone or a pharmacologically acceptable salt or ester thereof, from 1.0 to 10.0% by weight of C 14 -C 20 fatty alcohol or C 14 C20 Fatty Alcohol Mixture, - 1.0-5.0% by weight or more of a skin conditioner, - 5.0-15.0% by weight, of propylene glycol, - not more than 10.0% by weight, sv oil or white paraffin and - water in quantities sufficient to reach 100% by weight. The present detergents are prepared by mixing the components at elevated temperature and then cooling or heating the resulting mixture.
