The invention refers to medicine, particularly to the oncology.Summary of the invention consists in, that after removing the tumor it is formed a muscular flap of 2/3 of the large pectoral muscle, which is placed and fixed in the mammary gland defect point. Thereafter the wound is sutured by strata.The result of the invention consists in filling up the mammary gland defects for obtaining an adequate cosmetic effect.
