APPLIANCE FOR MEASUREMENT OF RADIAL FORCES ACTING ON A DRILL STRING

Appliance for measurement of radial forces acting on the drill string has cylinder-like housing with a cavity closed with a cover, in its opening there is placed a receiving element being in contact with a spring, and through a slider contact connected to the registration element. The unit for registration of forces is arranged as a flexible band-like or spring-supported element, its one end allows displacement over the surface of registering element arranged as a truncated cone, this one rotates at that under action of the node for step rotation. The system of channels and valves decreases the hydraulic component of resistance to displacement of the receiving element to value not affecting the results of the measurement.
