APPLIANCE FOR MEASUREMENT OF FORCES IN DRILL STRING

Appliance for measuring forces in drill string has registration unit and springy element arranged as calibrated by rigidity pipe section, fixed plug arranged as consol at free end of which at least three displacement transformers are fixed, each of those consists of piston and cylinder. The pistons of transformers are rigidly fixed at the free end of the plug, and the cylinders are installed with possibility of contact with the inner surface of the pipe. The appliance has three hydro-boosters placed inside the pipe, working cavities of those are connected by pipelines to cavities of respective displacement transformers and has spring-supported movable plug with larger diameter compared to the fixed one to which plate made of soft metal is attached.
