A ship-charter contract aiding system characterized by comprising: a ship-charterer network terminal (27) owned by a charterer; an owner network terminal (28) owned by a ship owner; a database (25) for storing predetermined information necessary for a ship-charter contract, information inputted by said ship charterer and information inputted by said ship owner; and a server (24) for aiding the conclusion of the ship-charter contract by forming a predetermined information inputting screen or an information displaying screen on the basis of the information inputted from said owner network terminal (28) and the information stored in the database (25) and by displaying them individually properly at the ship-charterer network terminal (27) and the owner network terminal (28).
