Apparatus coniotomy for emergency ventilation with a trocar (8) which is guided by the inside of a cannula retention (5) which is capable of being introduced into the trachea (23) and with a sleeve which is intended to be applied externally to the neck for fixing the basic element (1) of the apparatus to be applied in front of the patient's neck, wherein the basic element (1) at its front end near the neck lateral fixing wings (2, 3) and in the tracheal end an attachment device, the cannula stay (5) formed throughout as passageway for passage of the rod (9) of the trocar (8) being, the stem (9) of said being trocar provided of the device (10) in the manner of a scalpel and permanency being cannula (5) also may be packaged perpendicularly into the trachea (23), and having said cannula dwell at its rear end remote from l neck element (4) for connecting a bellows (7); said apparatus coniotomy characterized by the fact that the cannula stay (5) straight from the basic element (1) protrudes forward toward the patient's neck has an end flange surrounding (6) for fixing which is formed being solidly in said cannula residence, and it (10) belonging to the trocar (8) and is made in the manner of a scalpel extending from the head region to the caudal region and thus parallel to the elastic fibers of the ligamentum conicum.
