The present invention provides for a device, a method, and a treatment systemfor chronic disease conditions. The present invention was designed using thetheoretical concepts of Quantum Biology. The principles of operation are basedon the device's ability to stimulate a Bose-Einstein condensate and excitationof Frolich resonance in living tissue. The wavenumbers necessary for thisexcitation are derived from the solution to the equations for optical phononscattering in living tissue generated by optical photon excitation. Theestablishment of this degeneracy condition induces a super conducting state inthe tissue. This super conducting state facilitates DNA replication,transcription and translation, thereby allowing the proper formation orregeneration of healthy tissue. This superconducting state provides theconditions necessary for establishing the violation of time reversalinvariance in living tissue.
