A resin composition for forming a matte-finished surface comprises a urethane acrylate prepared with an alicyclic isocyanate compound, an ester-type polyol, and an acrylate having hydroxyl group(s) as its essential components; an acrylate-type reactive diluent; and a photo-initiator having absorption characteristics of molar absorbance coefficient of not more than 100 (1 · mol^-1 · cm^-1) for light having a wavelength not lower than 400 nm.
