Agaricus blazei murill ASI 1174 mycelium cultured on a mixture of gludose, malt extract and yeast extract was subjected to ionexchange chromatography.;The neutral polysaccharide is used to obtain a fraction by alcohol fractionation.;Fractions of 75,000 to 115,000 molecular weight were converted into anticancer β-glucan fractions by HPLC.;Set.
