Key locking and unlocking apparatus of mobile phone using human body heat and method for the same

PURPOSE: A locking and unlocking apparatus of a mobile communication terminal using a body's heat and a locking and unlocking method using the same are provided to prevent an error operation by the inattention of a user by adjusting the locking and unlocking of keys exposed in the outside of a flip using the heat generated from body. CONSTITUTION: A control unit judges whether the quantity of body's heat sensed by a heat sensing unit is higher than a predetermined reference quantity of heat(302). If the quantity of the sensed body's heat is higher than the predetermined reference quantity of heat, the control unit unlocks a function of an exposing key and drives a timer(303). The control unit judges whether a time counted by the timer is more than a predetermined reference time(304). If the counted time is more than the predetermined reference time, the control unit locks the function of the exposing key(305).
