PURPOSE: A footing concrete placing method for an electric railroad pole using a disposable concrete form is provided to simplify a construction process and to reduce manpower and construction expenses. CONSTITUTION: The footing concrete placing method for an electric railroad pole using a disposable concrete form comprises the steps of: manufacturing a semi-cylindrical form member by an injection molding method using recycled plastic materials, making a cylindrical form by thermal adhesion at the state of facing two semi-cylindrical forms oppositely, then making a finished form(10) by connecting or cutting two or more forms longitudinally to have planned length; excavating a hole(E) vertically on a railroad surface by a cylindrical excavator for fixing an external diameter of the finished form(10); spreading and tamping broken stones on the bottom of the excavated hole(E); putting the finished form(10) into the hole, then supporting the upper end not to be moved by a steel staging crossing the hole; filling up the hole, where the finished form(10) is interposed, with soils(40); filling up concrete mortar(H) to the finished form(10) and laying an anchor bolt(I); after curing the concrete surface filled in the finished form(10), removing the steel staging and cutting a surplus of the finished form(10) exposed to the road surface; and placing soils on the upper part of the hole and hardening sufficiently.
