PURPOSE: An expression vector containing a gene p972 and Adenovirus capable of producing the gene p972 within a cell are provided, therefore the Adenovirus can be useful for the treatment of uterine cancer, breast cancer and intestine cancer. CONSTITUTION: The expression vector contains a gene p972 and a promoter capable of efficiently expressing the gene p972, in which the gene p972 is operably linked with the promoter; the expression vector is useful for treatment of cancers, in particular, uterine cancer, breast cancer and intestine cancer; Adenovirus vector pBHG10 is used as a parental vector. A transformed cell line AdP972(KCTC 0806BP) is produced by transforming with the expression vector.
