摘要

PURPOSE: A process of preparing an organic hybrid-based damping material containing an organic damping improver exhibiting piezoelectric, dielectric and electroconductive effects is provided. Whereby, the damping material exhibits excellent damping properties, alleviates functional deterioration and is used for controlling unwanted vibration and noise. CONSTITUTION: This damping material comprises a polymer matrix having a polar side chain and a damping improver consisting of a compound containing basic nitrogen and a phenol-based compound. A material exhibiting piezoelectric, dielectric and electroconductive effects, a polymer matrix and a second characteristic additive exhibiting strong interaction of piezoelectric, dielectric and electroconductive properties, and a forth composing material are uniformly mixed at room temperature using two roller grinders, a compressor or an mixer, and then the obtained mixture is subjected to pressing, stretching, rounding, pouring or another molding at 40 to 200deg.C.
