PURPOSE: Provided is a production method of high quality meat by supplying bamboo condensate into the feed. The needed concentration of the above bamboo condensate is determined by the experiment of artificial rumen culturing. The above feed of bamboo condensate addition reduces the gas generation in the intestine while increasing ammonium nitrogen improving efficiency of digestion of the dried materials thereby producing high quality meat. The bamboo condensate used here is obtained by condensing the smoke in the carbonization of the bamboo tree, maturing it for 6 months and purifying. CONSTITUTION: The condensate is collected when the temperature of the smoke of the burning bamboo tree is 150deg.C and the collected condensate quantity is 1/3 of the weight of the bamboo tree. The feed is prepared by adding 1-50%(w/w) of the above condensate to the feed and the above feed is supplied 8-9kg/day to the livestock weighing 500kg.
