PURPOSE: A super-abrasive stone, a super-abrasive tool, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the loading phenomenon without using slurry while preventing the scratch. CONSTITUTION: A super-abrasive tool(100) comprises an abrasive stone(110) and a fixing member(120) for fixing the abrasive stone(110). A cylindrical member(140) is protruded from a lower portion of the abrasive stone(110). A powder formed on the cylindrical member(140) and a lower surface of the abrasive stone(110) is coupled with the fixing member(120) when the powder is sintered. An annular slot(130) is formed at a lower portion of the fixing member(120). An annular protrusion(141) is formed at a lower periphery of the cylindrical member(140). A powder of the abrasive stone(110) remaining on the annular protrusion(141) is coupled with the fixing member(120), so that a relative movement between the abrasive stone(110) and the fixing member(120) in the axial and radial directions is limited.
