PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element machining tool and the like allowing a grind stone to be hardly damaged in manufacturing and using the optical element machining tool, and capable of forming a groove, functioning as a flow passage of processing fluid, easily at low cost.;SOLUTION: An optical element machining tool 1 includes: a plurality of grind stones 10a and 10b, each having a pillar shape and formed with a machining surface to be in contact with an optical element at one end in a height direction, the machining surface forming a part of a spherical surface; a spacing member 11 with its end located in an inner peripheral side than the machining surface 10c which is sandwiched between the grind stones 10a and 10b and is capable of forming a groove between the grind stones 10a and 10b; and a holding tool 20 for holding these grind stones 10a and 10b while the spacing member 11 is sandwiched by the grind stones 10a and 10b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
