On-line Focus Group Interview system and its operational method utilizing Internet

PURPOSE: A system for remote focus group interview using the Internet and an operation method are provided to overcome the limitation of location and to store/analyze/process the contents as the electronic data by making each sample obtain the information of products in real time and attending a discussion for the product through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The focus group interview system comprises a browser(10) of client, a web server(200), an application server(300), a personal DB(Database)(400) and an Internet browser(11) of other client. The method comprises steps of reading a web page from a storing device in order to show the web page including the product information to a survey participant connecting to the web site, displaying the image or character on the web page by progressing the web pages, configuring a real time linking part between the image or character and server system, and progressing the survey or discussion according to the previously defined procedure.
