PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a focus group interview execution system and a focus group interview executing method that can effectively utilize time, reduce the cost and early obtain the result of a focus group interview.;SOLUTION: In a communication system where a business unit 2 that provides a service of executing a focus group interview, an interview executing facility 4, and a monitor room 7 used by a client 6 requesting the focus group interview are interconnected via a proper communication channel 8, the focus group interview executing system 100 is configured such that the client 6 monitors a situation of a focus group interview held by the business unit 2 at the interview executing facility 4 on the basis of a request of the client 6 in a monitor room 7 located at a place different from the place of the interview executing facility 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
