PURPOSE: A public-opinion poll site is provided to offer various statistical data related with an issue by variably processing various public opinions. CONSTITUTION: The site issues regulation and public opinions on an object. An authenticated member of the site is provided with a profit. Thus, the reliability of the member is enhanced. An issue has structure to make all members free. An issue is generated by the steps of a member registering materials to make an issue and another member estimating the propriety of the issue. If the grades scored by members approach a specific level, the issue is adopted to a public-opinion poll. Members discuss the issue and vote against or to the issue. The interest and propensity on the issue are analyzed. The issue is discussed by members different in an age, an area, a job and a gender. Therefore, a public-opinion poll is analyzed in various faces and is performed in a short time.
